Today I woke up late! I've set the alarm on my blackberry this morning at 10 am, but I woke up at 2 pm. Shit. But things like this is already common. Haha.. My insomnia is getting worse everyday. How would I now go to bed at 6 am? Jeez.. (-.-)
Actually what is the meaning of insomnia?
Insomnia is a common condition in which you have trouble falling or staying asleep. This condition can range from mild to severe, depending on how often it occurs and for how long.
Insomnia can be chronic or acute. Chronic insomnia means having symptoms at least 3 nights a week for more than a month. Acute insomnia lasts for less time.
Some people who have insomnia may have trouble falling asleep. Other people may fall asleep easily but wake up too soon. Others may have trouble with both falling asleep and staying asleep.
As a result, insomnia may cause you to get too little sleep or have poor-quality sleep. You may not feel refreshed when you wake up.
Insomnia can cause excessive daytime sleepiness and a lack of energy. It also can make you feel anxious, depressed, or irritable. You may have trouble focusing on tasks, paying attention, learning, and remembering. This can prevent you from doing your best at work or school.
Insomnia also can cause other serious problems. For example, you may feel drowsy while driving, which could lead to an accident.

I feel creepy after reading the definition of insomnia above. From ordinary insomnia initially, may become more severe. My insomnia's still in regular categories. But if I not treat it well, it could get worse one day. Phew..
Why the hell is someone can be so hard to sleep? I believe, every person must have their own reasons. In my case, actually I don't find it difficult to sleep, but my sleep schedule seems to have reversed. Morning into night, night became morning. It all started from my bad habits. :(
At the time I was in school, I always get up early. Sleep always at 9 pm. Most late at 10 pm. But now when it is not in school anymore, I feel no obligation to get up early. Clearly a wrong perception. Now I got used to wake up late, I have also been used to stay up all night. NOT GOOD.
I've tried to not sleep all day looong, after that only my body felt very tired, but at night I still can't go to bed early. And also my eyes felt very dry at that moment. But there it was, I still could not get to bed early. Why, ohh why, why? (@.@)
Do you all have the same experience with me about insomnia? Difficulty sleeping at night? Already counting sheeps in your head but still could not fall asleep? Was ready to sleep with your warm blankets, cold air conditioning, a super comfortable bed, and your eyes are both already closed, but still could not sleep because your mind is still floating everywhere? Yes, congratulations, you wind up exactly like me! LOL
How do I get my insomnia cure? I have no idea. Maybe you can help? :)
But I'll try to go to bed earlier everyday. Trying to find activities that will make me sleepy, such as reading my friends timeline in twitter, reading novels, surfing the internet, or whatever blah. Maybe little things like that can help. Who knows?Usually, reading twitter before bed is so helpful to make me drowsy. But sometimes it can also make me too exciting to read that timeline as to not be sleeping! It sucks you know. Haha..
If there any friends who have succeeded in get rid of insomnia problems please share here, you can just write a comment on this post. Who knows with that, me and other friends who have the same problem can be helped. Thanks before guys.. :)
